Hello I’m Teena…
and I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 10 years. I received my certifications from the Academy of Applied Personal Training Education and The American Academy of Health and Fitness. When my youngest child started preschool I decided to return to the workforce, but in an industry that I loved. The Fitness Industry was that place. I work with clients from all fitness backgrounds to help them increase their cardiovascular health and muscle mass. My approach is to train in a way that is precisely geared towards them. My goal is to help them become strong and confident in their own skin, and to understand why it is important to live a healthy and active lifestyle. I make the training environment a learning environment so it becomes a good habit. We work hard but we have fun!

Senior Fitness Class
Individual programs will be designed using senior related exercises.
Group Fitness
Two or more clients in a group. Exercise programs are designed to give a complete body workout.
